server: Sessions don't get closed when clients leave

Currently oo7-daemon does not close the session when a client leaves/disconnects from the secret service. Also, it doesn't clean up the session related resources.

Created this issue to discuss how to resolve this.

Can we use the NameOwnerChanged signal here to identify when a client leaves and then clean up the session and its resources afterwards? Or is there a better way to do this?
