list all licenses in the readme

hello, i am working on packaging qbootctl for fedora

in the #devel:fedoraproject.org room we had a discussion about licensing

while LICENSE file in this repo only mentions GPL-3 license, there are also files under GPL-2, LGPL-2.1, and BSD-3-Clause licenses

what do you think about mentioning all used licenses in the README.md?

Note also that a clarification of if the project is GPL-3.0-only or GPL-3.0-or-later is necessary since the license texta for those is identical.

The copyright sections hint that it is or-later variant, but I've found that often developers did not consider that the copyright section must be altered accordingly to indicate the variant, so I often suggest the clarification

Also don't forget about the Apache-2.0 license. If any of the licenses are meant to be interpreted as OR instead of AND, things get complicated, but we can help you navigate it

upd:

i just noticed that LGPL-2.1 is used by qbootctl.service, which is not a part of this repo, so this license should not be mentioned in readme of this repo, unless we merge this file to the repo
