wiki: update auth/tls sections for the 3.0 release nvme-cli 3.0 renamed the nvme keys TLS PSK subcommands (gen-tls, check-tls, insert-tls -> gen-tls-psk, check-tls-psk, insert-tls-psk), added a --compat option to them, and gated check-kxchap-secret's and check-tls-psk's verdict output behind -v/--verbose.
