tests: Add missing dependency on Fedora 42

Enhancement: Add missing dependency

Reason: Fedora removed awk from the minimal containers, which caused some tests to fail.

Result: Added awk installation to the test.

Good point! Should it go to the new file or to all of the different distribution files? If to the separate file, I would propose to move there also the bash and man-db as they are really common for all of these.

Just the one file. You can use .ostree/packages-testing.txt for packages common to all distributions.
