DKMS?

It doesn't seems like the driver is recompiled for every new kernel version (I am using Fedora).If that is true, is it possible to add DKMS support?

I've fixed that in my tree at http://github.com/bboozzoo/tp_smapi I'll issue a pull request and perhaps we can get this here as well.

After git clone do:
make create-tgz VER=0.41
rpmbuild -ta ../tp_smapi-0.41.tgz
yum localinstall ~/rpmbuild/RPMS/noarch/tp_smapi-0.41-1.fc17.noarch.rpm

Make sure to have rpmbuild/kernel-devel/kernel-headers installed.
