Welcome to the Device_B repository. This project contains the complete hardware design files, manufacturing data, and 3D models for a comprehensive embedded system based around an RK3588 mini PC architecture.
(Make sure you have saved the image provided in our chat as board_dimensions.png inside the Dimentions folder!)
Assembly Note: The dimension module pictured below is designed to be attached directly on top of the main PCB.
The repository is modularly organized into the following sub-components, each containing its respective BOM, Gerbers, 3D STEP files, and DXF outlines:
- Main: The primary motherboard featuring the RK3588 processor.
- Battery: Battery management and connection hardware.
- Button Sub PCB: Auxiliary button interfaces.
- Camera LED: Illumination circuitry for camera modules.
- IC LED Controller: Controller board for LED arrays.
- LEDs Sub PCB: Supplementary LED boards.
- PCIE: PCIe interface and expansion boards.
- Push Power Button: Dedicated power button interface.
The original schematic and PCB design files were created using EasyEDA.
ProPrj_RK3588_F2_2026-05-21.epro: The raw EasyEDA project file containing the full updated design suite (dated 2026-05-21).
(Note: Legacy schematic archives and older EasyEDA source files have been removed from the repository to ensure only the latest version is used. Schematics are now available as PDFs inside each module's folder.)
For each individual board/sub-module listed above, you will find ready-to-manufacture files:
- Gerber Files (
.zip): Ready to be sent to PCB fabrication houses (e.g., JLCPCB, PCBWay). - BOM (
.xlsx): Bill of Materials detailing required components. - Pick and Place (
.xlsx): CPL/Centroid files for SMT assembly. - 3D Models (
.step): Accurate 3D representations for mechanical and enclosure design. - DXF Files (
.dxf): 2D CAD outlines for structural alignment.
- Viewing the Design: Open the
ProPrj_RK3588_F2_2026-05-21.eprofile using EasyEDA (Standard or Pro, depending on your environment). - Mechanical Integration: Import the
.stepfiles located in each module's folder into your preferred 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, FreeCAD) to design enclosures or check clearances. - Fabrication: Submit the respective
Gerber_*.zipfiles directly to your manufacturer. Use the provided BOM and PickAndPlace files if you require PCBA (PCB Assembly) services.
