Introduce a build-time option USE_PDFIUM_BUNDLE (default ON) to control whether to use the bundled 3rdparty pdfium or the system provided library. - When ON: Builds and links against 3rdparty/deepin-pdfium (original behavior). - When OFF: Uses pkg-config to find and link against system deepin-pdfium. This change is helpful for distribution packaging where system shared libraries are preferred over bundled ones.
