Quick GoTo Softlock

Enabling the setting "lock hover" and then clicking out of the settings completely disables you from using the go to menu or accessing the settings to change it. All locations in the go to menu (other than the one you are currently in) are grayed out when you mouse over the button, and cannot be clicked.

@linuxgurugamer Is the lock hover supposed to prevent the QuickGoTo GUI from showing up when you haven't clicked on it? If so, it doesn't work at all, as it still shows the buttons but makes them impossible to click (including the settings button, which causes this softlock).

I tried fixing and building it myself but I couldn't wrap my head around QG_GUI.cs.

I have the same issue. It locks all "go to..." buttons on the stock toolbar on hover including settings, making them unusable. The only ways I have figured out how to re-enable: either to edit Config.txt or enable QuickGoToSetting button on Blizzy's toolbar.
