Feature Request: Add option to toggle context menu trigger on "Mouse Release" #13784

Hello Linux Mint Team,

I would like to request a usability feature for the desktop environment settings. Currently, right-clicking triggers the context menu immediately on the "mouse down" click event. If a user holds the right-click button and moves the mouse, it can accidentally trigger a menu option upon release.

I would love to see a native option (perhaps under Settings > Mouse and Touchpad) that allows users to change this behavior so that the context menu only triggers on "mouse release" (mouse up).

This would greatly improve accessibility, prevent accidental clicks, and bring a familiar behavior to users transitioning from other operating systems.

Thank you for your hard work and for keeping Linux Mint amazing!
