**Issue**
When changing the following Virtual Keyboard features in the Accessibility:
- Keyboard Position
- Keyboard Size
The schema's/changes do not automatically take effect, unlike the other options such as Keyboard Layout and Activation Mode. You need to disable then re-enable the on-screen keyboard for the changes to go into effect.
**Steps to reproduce**
Literally just turn on the Virtual Keyboard and switch either Keyboard size or position settings, and then disable and re-enable the Virtual Keyboard.
**Expected behaviour**
As like the Keyboard Layout, the changes/schemas should be taking place automatically.
**Other information**
Not much I can say, but I found this originally in Ubuntu Cinnamon Remix and then looked through LM 19.3 after updating/upgrading (not at unstable builds, just at what Debian's latest is to you guys) and then confirmed this issue.
