artwork: Missing symbolic icons in new adwaita/gnome icon set

This might be addressed as an improvement in Mint 22.3 instead of being tackled in a hurry during this BETA.

We really need to stop relying on Adwaita icons in our applications. Despite being a dependency of GTK, they clearly indicated they didn't want to be anything than a GNOME icon set.

This means xapps, mint-tools, cinnamon components, anything we make should only be using symbolics from:

• xapps-common
• itself

Examples of missing icons in LMDE 7:

• Missing icon in timeshift -> wizard.
• Missing icons in network settings
• Missing icon in applets -> set as background.
• Missing icon in thingy -> no document found.
• Missing icons in panel context menu (System settings, panel settings)

Will this be implemented in Mint-Y or Hicolor?

It's likely to be implemented in a base icon theme provided by xapp.

This can't be a quick fix unfortunately. If it was it would only work in the Mint themes.

This needs to be addressed with new icon names and code changes in all our apps.
