Software manager's progress bar stucks at 99%

Every time when I uninstall a non repository (installed from a downloaded .deb package) software via software manager, the progress bar stucks at 99% though the program is successfully uninstalled.

I can reproduce this issue in Cinnamon 3.0.7.
