Separate im.info by languages. (fix #18)
create usr/lib/linuxmint/mintLocale/iminfo/ja.info and usr/lib/linuxmint/mintLocale/iminfo/other.info
instead of usr/lib/linuxmint/mintLocale/im.info
For more details, see #18 .
