Description
I've just been trying to create a bootable Debian 13 Cinnamon installer from the .iso image. I selected a 4GB flash drive and hit the "Write" button. Nothing happened - i.e. no progress on the progress bar. After 5 minutes I removed the stick and tried a few more times - same result. Turns out the stick is just too small for the .iso image, but mintstick gave me no indication of this. I only figured it out when I tried a 16GB stick!
What I'd like to see is a message telling the user the target drive is too small. Other software (e.g. balenaEtcher) make this check and provide feedback to the user rather than 'hang' as mintstick appears to do.
I don't know if this is an issue in the current version as I can't tell what version I have - mintstick -v is not a thing. Anyhow, it is the version bundled with LMDE 6.
Thanks for your consideration.
