Fixes issue #542

Adds --hard-links to the rsync command to preserve local hard links.

I have been unable to find any issues with this change.
Local hardlinks that had been previously duplicated on past snapshots are correctly hardlinked on all subsequent snapshots after applying this change, and local hardlinks across multiple snapshots all share the same inode number.
Ncdu reports snapshots of my /var/lib/flatpak/ folder going down from 29.7GB to 12.7GB.

Turns out I can't rename a branch without closing it's pull request, oops.

Since it getting closed was an accident on my part and not an action from another user, I have recreated the pull request. It is linked right above this comment.
