Bug description
I don't speak English, so this report has been translated from Russian using Google Translate.
Hello everyone or greetings everyone!
After switching from X11 to Wayland, I experienced bugs/oddities with the desktop background changing and display. I then created logs/journals following the advice of the ChatGPT neural network.
In Wayland, the desktop background changes abruptly. In X11, there is no abrupt desktop background change.
In Wayland, the desktop background changes twice simultaneously, very quickly, making it impossible to visually determine which background is being changed the first time, but this can be seen in the video recording from the smartphone camera.
Then, I experienced a rapidly flashing strobe effect from various desktop backgrounds, which can sometimes be seen at energetic parties. This was also accompanied by the ability to draw lines with the cursor from other desktop backgrounds with square edges. Then the desktop background disappeared, which was also accompanied by an inability to open the context menu from the desktop screen. However, in this case, the desktop background disappeared and the context menu stopped working.
No other issues were found that weren't shown in the video or described here.
The video demonstrates the bugs/issues in action: https://youtu.be/JzqSiuLjk00 or https://odysee.com/Linux-Mint-Wayland-bug:a

Steps to reproduce
There's no specific sequence of events that trigger these bugs. They appear approximately 1-2 minutes after Wayland starts. I showed how they appear in the video: https://youtu.be/JzqSiuLjk00 or https://odysee.com/Linux-Mint-Wayland-bug:a
Expected behavior
The desktop background should not be hidden. The desktop background should not flicker. There should be no restrictions on accessing the context menu from the desktop
Additional information
CPU: Intel Core i5-12400F
GPU: ASUS RTX 4060 Ti Dual O8G-EVO 8GB
Motherboard: MSI PRO H610M-E
RAM: 32GB KingBank 3200MHz 16GBx2
SSD: Kingston NV3 1TB
Power supply: Black.SIR SW-600W
Secure Boot: Disabled
Unnecessary additional information (this may not be needed here):
About a month ago, I replaced gnome-terminal with konsole, but I don't think that information is relevant here, although I'm including it just in case. I don't have physical Bluetooth support and don't need it, so I disabled it at startup. Two weeks ago, I uninstalled Thunderbird because I've never used it and am unfamiliar with it. I periodically create copies of the distribution via TimeShift under X11, but I have never returned to a copy yet. I used Waterfox a month ago but didn't like it, so I went back to Mozilla Firefox, which I use as my main browser, and Mullvad Browser as a backup with the added bonus of anonymity. I always use X11 and went to Wayland to check its operation. I uninstalled Hypnotix because I installed a better replacement called "IPTVnator." I replaced Rhythmbox with AIMP. I replaced Celluloid with VLC. There was a recent complaint from Telegram about OpenGL, but reinstalling Telegram solved the problem. A few hours ago, before switching to Wayland, I launched a 36.5 GB video file in VLC, which caused the player to close after 20 minutes. Programs that I installed a few weeks ago and then deleted after realizing that they were not really needed:: Nitrogen, Blender, Natron, Qt Linguist, Sublime, Upscayl, Inkscape, Waydroid (incompatibility with X11)
