Dont try to mount sysvol for every user

The sysvol should only be mounted for domain useres, as mounting will fail and genereate confusing errors for other users. To achieve this, the pam_mount.xml has to be altered:

Does it even make sense to use pam_mount for this? We could also do it in Python, like all the other shares...
