For the future do you think we could setup a requirements.txt in this repo and then COPY that into the container and then in the RUN commands include pip3 install -r requirements.txt?

This would allow us to install dependabot in this repo to keep requirements.txt up to date (it will create PRs).

I manage those manually and follow upstream (they don't use latest versions)
