missing configuration file on first start

on first opening of webpage apear a error message saing that the configuration file "/config/.audacity-data/audacity.cfg" could not be acessed

Expected Behavior

open audacity

Current Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

created folowing the portainer app template with raspberry pi 4 2gb,using external hd to store config folder
tried to change PUID and PGID to 1000 after the default not worked,removed the config folder after first try

Environment

OS: raspibian
CPU architecture: arm32,raspberry pi 4
How docker service was installed:
created folowing the portainer app template

changed the config folder to same place,but without sym-link solves(i uses symlink to speedup find the config folder in my disk),other container work without problem,but this one dont work if with symlink
