[BUG] SUBFOLDER not working

Current Behavior

linuxserver/docker-webtop#324

SUBFOLDER paths are wrong in nginx and app is pointing to absolute paths.

Expected Behavior

Need subfolder to work

Steps To Reproduce

set -e SUBFOLDER=/test/ get a 404.
