Reason for change

In big environments you may want to update container automatically. This works great in minor release e.g. 10.10.6.
But major release like 10.09 -> 10.10. were somethimes ship with many bugs so it would be great to have the option to only upgrade minor releases.

In the original jellyfin project they are major release tags which always points to the latest release inside the major release cycle. Regarding to the upcoming major release switched to 10.11. it would be nice if linuxserver images have similar tags which not only pointed to the latest release.

Changing tag-scheme is not something we are currently planning to do. https://www.linuxserver.io/blog/docker-tags-so-many-tags-so-little-time

Also we strongly recommend against both auto updating and relying solely on upstream app semver for reasons outlined in that blog article. The docker image contains a lot more than just the upstream app.
