Description:

• New: Added --config command-line option to specify where the Radarr/Sonarr config.xml file is
• Added a loop for checking for binary prereqs
• Added a return error code in error message get get_version fails
• Debug now logs command line parameters, if any
• All wrapper scripts now include the Unknown language
• Updated README
• Updated graphic assets

Separate Docker development environment, with custom test script plus manual testing.
Functional changes deployed from development repo and running in personal environment.
