[BUG] mStream v6 - Extra releases trigger unecessary builds

Current Behavior

The v6 release builds a desktop app alongside the server. It does this by making two releases side by side. The desktop release is formatted as vX.X.X-DESKTOP_PLAYER

You do not need to build a container for this release. If that behavior is not possible, I can figure out a different way to handle releases.

Expected Behavior

Builds do not happen on the DESKTOP_PLAYER releases
