[FEAT] Add in a new configuration option for a waveform storage directory

Wanted change

The latest version of mstream stores waveform data in a directory. By default is uses the waveform-cache directory in the root of the project. The config in this project needs to be updated accordingly. The config parameter is storage.waveformCacheDirectory

The config needs to be updated to waveforms are stored in the correct directory in the container

Can you clarify the path that needs to be made persistent? You mentioned waveform-cache in the root so in our image it would be /app/mstream/waveform-cache but I see another folder /app/mstream/save/waveforms with a README.md in there that says waveforms are saved there.

@aptalca Use the /app/mstream/waveform-cache directory. The other one in /save was supposed to be deleted but I missed it when cleaning up the code
