Docker Netbox install not serving the help files

I have a working instance of Netbox with your docker image and it is working except the help files wont load. I tried the official Netbook docker and it serves the help files but it has issues with remote auth. How can i fix this?

Expected Behavior

When clicking on the "Docs" icon, it navigates to the documentation.

Current Behavior

404, page not found

The current path, static/docs/, didn’t match any of these.

You’re seeing this error because you have DEBUG = True in your Django settings file. Change that to False, and Django will display a standard 404 page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spin up Netbox
2. Go through normal Netbox setup process
3. Click on the "Docs" icon on the bottom of the page.
