This Pull request is part of a large rebase of all of our images across all active branches.
These need to be pulled in in mass after we have merged in:
linuxserver-archive/docker-doc-builder#25
linuxserver/docker-jenkins-builder#18
Outside of presentation the major change in this rebase is anything Alpine 3.9 based will use their new armv7 binaries dropping support for armv6. These new base images also have the qemu binaries baked in making it easier for end users to build our images across arches locally on an x86 host.
