Description:

The url in the dockerfile is now pointing directly to the indicated tag by ORCASLICER_VERSION, and to the first ocurrence of an AppImage link.

Benefits of this PR and context:

This allows to build different tags for any release of orcaslicer, not only the latest, specially with automations.

How Has This Been Tested?

The only change is the url, it still works with the latest tag and without a tag at all, also tested older versions both beta and stable releases (2.2.0 and 2.1.0)
