The initial logic tags off of the current stable release despite the arm variants being 1.15, the update logic is identical and only guarded by an arch check at the top of the file, the hardware transcoding changes are completely unobtrusive.
For this specific merge the armv7 jobs will not be disabled, those will only be turned off at stage three when their new software ingestion endpoint is online at Plex HQ.
Before merging the x86 job for this needs to be disabled.
