Rebase to resolute.
This pulls out:
Cemu- This one is too hard for users to configure and the appimage only supports cubeb audio
ESDE - This would launch emulators without gamepad support kind of defeating the purpose
This builds dolphin and eden from source, eden swapped to appimage only which exhibits many bugs in our env and head dolphin from the PPAs is very broken on our setup.
Updates configs from standalone images.
Adds script to show users they fell back to X11.
Cleans up start menu of the x11 junk
Installs scummvm from repos instead of ppa.
