This PR ensures that the webview always shows diagnostics with no source location regardless of
showAllstate. This was annoying when a Java error occurred and the user had to click"Show all diagnostics"to see the error"LiquidJava verification failed, check for Java errors". The same applies for the warning"Java compilation encountered issues. Verification may be affected"which also does not include source location.
