Updates the Dependabot configuration for the examples/starter-kits/tutorial npm ecosystem to run on a specific weekly schedule: every Monday at 6:00 AM UTC.
Adds
day,time, andtimezonefields to the existingscheduleblock in.github/dependabot.yml. The second Dependabot entry (root/directory) is left unchanged.Checklist for reviewers
