Some of our platform compilers (Win32 in this case) have difficulty with these files and they are for architectures (PPC, MIPS) that we don't support anyway.
Instead, include CoreGraphics and CoreText directly. Additionally, ensure the ATSUFontId type is available (it is part of QuickDraw which, again, isn't available on iOS).
