Feature Request: Gemini Realtime Video / Screen-Sharing

It would be great if this LiveKit example included support for Gemini Multimodal Live's video and screen-sharing features.

ikr @dsa , @mattherzog is there any way we can integrate gemini api to see the shared screen in the Live-kit meet or video ?
One possible way is to take screenshots every 5 seconds and then write a custom class with google api to reply over those images.

I would also like to see this especially compared to pipecat. They have examples but don't see any with livekit. Similar to https://github.com/google-gemini/live-api-web-console but integrating livekit+webrtc
