Description
TLS 1/1.0 were missing in jdk disallowed algorithms in java.security file.
Development did not think was possible to connect to one of our v12_0 systems with anything but TLSv1.2 or TLSv1.3.
Future regression tests should address this.

P1 escalation suite once the test is added it becomes part of all releases. Josh forwarded the list to QA and will make sure that these are automated and part of the process. We will get confirmation on that.
