wishlist: re-show user nick after date boundary

https://logs.liz.nl/moarvm/live.html, as of Apr-19 or so: I was the last person to speak on Apr-16 and the first to speak on Apr-18. The day doesn't start with the userid, so you have to look back over the date heading to see who last spoke.
