Value of atomic unit of energy

I noticed that there are two values available for the atomic unit of energy, the Hartree:

units/units/units.hpp

Line 2254 in 60a5490

constexpr precise_measurement energy{4.3597443419e-18, precise::J};

and

units/units/unit_definitions.hpp

Line 829 in 60a5490

constexpr precise_unit hartree{4.3597447222071e-18, J};

The latter value is closer to the CODATA recommended value (according to Wikipedia) of 4.3597447222060(48)×10−18 J = 27.211386245981(30) eV.
