Fast nightly test buildbot failing

Extended Description

This buildbot
http://lab.llvm.org:8011/builders/clang-x86_64-debian-fnt
is reporting failure, apparently because these failed:
GCC.MultiSource/Applications/siod/siod
GCC.MultiSource/Benchmarks/MiBench/consumer-lame/consumer-lame
It's not clear why it thinks GCC (not clang!) is failing, since GCC isn't even
being used for these tests: the reference output is being used!

Dgregor fixed this in commit 142187:

"When building a module, use the macro definitions on the command line
as part of the hash rather than ignoring them. This means we'll end up
building more module variants (overall), but it allows configuration
macros such as NDEBUG to work so long as they're specified via command
line. More to come in this space."

I don't understand why it fixed it, but hey :)
