-pedantic is on by default, even if it's not being used

The error I had is :

While I didn't use -pedantic

Reproduce with:
echo "#define FOO 2" | clang -x c -fsyntax-only -DFOO -

The problem here is that some extension warnings default to on, and so there is no way to disable them. They should all have -W flags.
