A Windows program that raises and lowers the volume so you can hear people talking low while not being blasted by people talking loud.
Made with Visual Studio 2019, requires .NET Framework 4.8 and NAudio (used as a NuGet package).
Released under GNU GPLv3 license. NAudio is released under MIT license.
You should be able to run it out of the box, instructions are included.
