Thank you for the great package. I was wondering if it would be possible to adapt this package to work with just the cylinder portion of the TreeQSM data structure. I am using rTwig to refine QSMs, and the only option to export the refinements is as the cylinder array.
It is possible to use the cylinders alone with the TreeQSM scripts to recreate the branch and treedata arrays, but having the ability to generate those arrays in this package would greatly streamline the process.
Additionally, rTwig can be used to convert outputs of different QSM algorithms to TreeQSM .mat cylinder format, so having the ability to work with just the cylinders would increase accessibility for different QSM algorithms.
