Spark optimises leaf sizes based on a "multiplicity" setting. This setting affects payment speed as payments that need leaf swaps will involve a Spark Payment Provider for leaf swaps before a payment is made.
Adding this env var adds a sensible default of 3 and allows the setting to be adjusted depending on use case.
