I added functionalities to plot the integrated PSD within a specified range for each BPM. We can plot the RMS orbit both in micrometers or in units of the horizontal/vertical beam-size.
This is an example of such plots, with recent data (2024-11-01).
I also changed the units of frequency in
plot_energy_integrated_psdfrom kHz to Hz because we often plot the energy PSD and the integrated PSD side by side in afig, so its nice to keep a standard, and added theplot_rfjitteroption in this function.
