如果是 Server 部署模式下，上传的文件会分块后发给ai，所以如果模型不支持上传文件，我们在应用也是支持上传文件的。所以感觉用模型的配置来判断并不合理。这个 PR 我关了

If it is Server deployment mode, the uploaded files will be sent to AI in chunks, so if the model does not support uploading files, we also support uploading files in our application. So it feels that using the configuration of the model to judge is not reasonable. I've closed this PR
