Yes, I wanted to release a new version including the latest App Inspector version, but used the wrong commit scope (chore instead of feat) so the release action didn't trigger. The empty commit is the manual way of changing the version (see https://github.com/googleapis/release-please#how-do-i-change-the-version-number). |
