Automatic installation of dependencies

The list of required dependencies is quite long. A script to install them in a controlled environment (e.g. .travis.yml on travis-ci.com or a Dockerfile) would help to get the software running.

Indeed the dependency list is very long. That's why we are preparing a Dockerfile. It will be shared as soon it is ready.
