feature: Consider adjusting --password to allow password to be type interactively

Great tool. Love the simplicity.

Please consider adding the ability to prompt for the password each time rather than having it sitting in a config file or ENV var.

• Prompt interactively for the master password when --password is provided without a value
• Disable terminal echo while entering an interactively prompted password

I have vibe coded this myself locally but didn't submit a PR as I have no idea of the code quality.
