What's new

• Realtime container layout — the container is sized to the sheet's visible height per detent and tracks it live while dragging, on all platforms.
• auto detent + scrollables — sheets now size to your scrollable's content and resize as it grows or shrinks. The scrollable prop is gone; scrollables are auto-detected and just work plugged in directly.
• Natural content layout — content wraps its children like a normal view (or a react-navigation screen). Pass flex: 1 to fill.
• Smarter header/footer — footer is relative by default and included in the auto height, with automatic bottom safe-area handling; new headerOptions/footerOptions.position: 'absolute' to float them.
• Smoother iOS onPositionChange — tracks at the display's refresh rate (120Hz on ProMotion), including sheets behind a dragging child.

⚠️ Requires React Native 0.82+ (New Architecture). There are breaking changes around content/footer layout — see the changelog before upgrading.
