fix: incorrect created at timestamp in a request

• refactored logger so that timestamps in console will always match those in dashboard
• fix incorrect createdAt at param when running logger in non rails applications
• add specs for http log sync
• add coverage report after running specs (now coverage it at 100% [bundle exec rspec]) - later we should add more robust error handling
• bump package to 1.0.2
• add required dependency version to prevent gem warnings
