allow mappers to request review of changeset from w/i iD #40
...or assure them that their edits will be reviewed.
New users report being hesitant to submit edits (particularly if they are remote). Feedback while editing or on save to emphasize the review process would assuage new user's worries.
...(thinking as I go here): 'request review' is the most active/direct, though maybe misleading as all changes should be reviewed, even by advanced mappers.
