+ Purely combinational chips will be chached now (can be disabled when creating the chip).
+ Custom in/out/bus and split/merge (only in pairs) can now be deleted, excluding the base in/out.
+ Wires are now of a flat color (on/off) when their bit size is higher than 64 (exluding 64).
+ Indicator of the Community Edit version in the main menu.

~ Fixed freezes when using the random ram values.
~ Fixed Top/Bottom pin name label spacing.
~ Prevention of same size split/merge.
~ Stats menu now responds to escape shortcut.
~ Fixed  a sim freezing bug when a pulse chip would output to a single-input cached chip.
